It could happen. It all depends on what odds he was playing - if he was shooting for a 100x lotto win by betting 100:1 then yeah, he could lose 99 times in a row to a single win. Primedice does offer client side seeds and tells you before the roll what the server side seed is, so you can take both after the fact and the result and determine whether or not the random number generated jives with the seeds. Primedice is probably on the up and up.. probably.
