Whenever possible just click on the link ( http://cryptofolio.info/welcome/vote ) scroll down to APEXcoin and click the vote button on the right.  You can do it once per hour and it looks like no type of login or registration is required.

It's already moving up the list.  We should have no problem getting this up to the top.
