But we still shouldn't cross him off the list or any other suspects for that matter. They should be seen as guilty until proven innocent.
This isn't a self-defense shooting where you admitted to pulling the trigger. Everywhere else in the world, otherwise, is innocent until proven guilty.
Well that's when someone is trying to prove you guilty.
