clicking the 9.6 link in the OP actually downloads v 9.5.1

Wallet v0.9.6.0 is finally ready

The main purpose of this release is to improve network stability and cut off the older clients which are prone to fork.
This version does not allow connection for clients below v0.9.5.0
Also there are some new features and improvements:
- Coin control filter combo box.
- Fixed and improved block explorer
- "Show in block explorer" option added to transaction context menu
- Initial blockchain download fix, no more stuck at 21000, etc
- Added hard coded nodes in case of dns seed server failure
- Some minor fixes and updates

Mandatory update - please upgrade your wallets.
