Got the same issue, coins sent from mintpal (maybe), showing tx id there but blockchain doesnt see it and coins of course didnt arived.. 
Maybe Mintpal is on a different fork because they staked their coins?I tried to contact them now.
Any success with contacting them? Nothing changed from yesterday, still unknown tx id...
I don't know but might be all frozen under Police investigation, no idea.
I'm afraid that below might be the case right now:
Mintpal is digging this coin a new grave... I hope that it's true about rescheduling the snapshot until this issue is sorted.. I haven't even been able to get my wallet to sync in 3 days
