I get the bug too. Somehow it simply stopped adding the prizes. I opened the homepage and the profile page in different tabs to try to match the score. I played on the homepage and occasionally refreshed profile page and checked the scores on both homepage and profile page. For awhile it worked, the score matched between the one on the homepage and the one on the profile page, until the score fields on the profile page stopped getting updated. And when that happens, the prizes stop being added to the balance too. It's as if my game got disconnected or something.

One more thing, fix the mail server too! I get this :

Edit: For reference, I use Firefox. Though I doubt it's a client side error.
