IIRC, PPC has been pow/pos, while mc2 is still in the vapor planning stage, and neither use Cryptonote's proven anon for privacy.

I said CLOAK should start with Cryptonote's proven ring-signature approach weeks ago, because there is no other zero-knowledge implementation available at this time.

So I'll repeat my suggestion to stop trying to reinvent the anon wheel or improve shuffling type obfuscation, and instead fork Monero to include PoS.
