Elaborating to get out of some other investments right now to pick up 'em cheap XCs

Looking at the development going on here I cannot understand anyone who thinks this price is not way below what it should be.

+1. Someone just dumped a nice big chunk into my buy order.
Seriously, in a few weeks if not less the people that got rid of their coins are going to be sad they did. The top wallets haven't been dumping so this is most likely just panic sellers. I have picked up quite a few extra in the dump action and dont mind it for now
