Seems worth spending time to understand your idea, buy why adding trust element issue?

Why not issue your Banx shares on the counterparty network?
- same security as BTC
- easy BTC monthly dividend (it's almost made for that)
- "lockable amount" reassure than no more than x will ever be issue
