It looks like the PD campaign may be coming back in one form or another
PD signature is nowhere in threads where the higher probability of gambling people hangs.
For these kinds of gambling sites, visibility is also an important factor along with the reputation.
Currently the campaign will only gather reputation with poor visibility, not good for a gambling site.
Ignoring Sr. Members removed the visibility from the campaign.
