YES, he is LYING to you. The Herbal Wellness Center is
not the biggest dispensary in Arizona, and they are
NOT regarded as the Apple Store of Marijuana. These are claims made only by the HWC in an effort to promote their dispensary.
The dispensary itself is actually quite nice inside, but it is located in MARYVALE which is the straight GHETTO. Please don't take my word for it, even Wikipedia makes mention of how bad this part of town really is!!
