exactly, maybe he knows that if someone buy his megawall, he lost the train, but if someone sell to his buywall he will be on the train with lot of mooncoins cheap. In both sides he wins, maybe he got them at 3-6 litoshi. And if he sold his megawall, he is still winning a lot...
But is very good for the coin to buy his megawall, because this traders aren't good for the coin. Better little investors or long time investors than big traders which abuse of little users that get scared...

Yes it's obious that he tries to get as much mooncoins for 10 Litoshis as possible. Mining Pools that autosell will sell him some mooncoins, but not billions. And to prevent the price rising he placed the massive buy wall at 11 Litoshis. But he is risking that people will buy his sell wall and he will never be able to get 10 billions for 11 Litoshis again.
