Yes it's obious that he tries to get as much mooncoins for 10 Litoshis as possible. Mining Pools that autosell will sell him some mooncoins, but not billions. And to prevent the price rising he placed the massive buy wall at 11 Litoshis. But he is risking that people will buy his sell wall and he will never be able to get 10 billions for 11 Litoshis again.
Let's hope, that as many people as possible buy his coins. I totally agree, that it's better for Mooncoin, to have as many different investors as possible, in order to improve the stability further.
