Sure, that's natural in crypto that some will cash out, but if dev drops news of other locations, then you'll see a strong rise again.
it could happen, all the dev need to do is give the new location a few thousands dollars and post some pictures with cann accepted here then the scam would start over again, this would also give the dev the chance to dump all their holding at high prices. when the dumping is done then the dev and the team would get lost, forever. each location would make about $500 in cann money but we're talking about millions dallars here in this scam stock. like i said when reality kicking in then be prepare cann to be worth nothing.

there is no reason for me to buy into this crap, it's already way up now. it have more downside then upside at this point so there is no reason for me to make risky move. smart people don't buy when the stock is already high and stable. the next move is heavy dumping.
