As far as i can see form my tradings there, yes it is safe. I'm actually trading SPR and XSX there. Fast Support, withdrawals and deposit working smoothly.
They launched from some weeks but seems a very professional team.
I can second this, Unfortunately they are still very low volume as they are New but i hope that will change
