Very interesting but it's even worse for your health than alcohol you'd buy in a store
You see, if the yeast doesn't get enough oxygen from the air it takes it from the sugar, converting it to alcohol. The yeast then dies, when the alcohol level gets to high, and will sink to the bottom of the bottle!
