A version of that video with an internationally understandable language (English) would be better.

The problem is not America or Russia as such (and Putin is not, what is known as a "Peacemaker", just like the Colt with that name, too).
The problem is the traditional model: banks create the money and they control it and the politicians use it to control the people. That's everywhere in the world the same, be it Russia, or the US. And that is, why cryptocurrencies scare both of them: because they are losing control, when the people make their own money, like with Bitcoin or Mooncoin.
