+1 for Blackcoin.   So no premine for Blackcoin, but Pandacoin had a 3% premine?  Im just learning about Panda now. I found that info on an original reddit post.  How is Panda more than a new brand for Doge but with 2.5 minute blocktimes?  Is there offline staking, but isn't the network more secure if everyone is online staking like for Blackcoin's PoW2.0?
