*Added on 23/10/2014: If you default on loan, the collateral will be liquidated and the income kept in full unless a request for an extension with an additional interest is accepted. Depending on the initial collateral provided, you may be asked to submit a fresh collateral over and above the existing one.

*Added on 31/10/2014: I see that there are quite a few new loanees here who are being asked to keep collateral in escrow. I can do that if anybody is interested.

*Added on 4/11/2014: The late fee is a flat 0.01 BTC a day unless it is negotiated.
