I don't think using faucet is a good idea. They pay very small amount. So it would be better for everyone to think about signature campaign rather than faucets.
Maybe using a single faucet and waiting for enough to cash out to your wallet, but using tools like
Bitcoinrotator you can go through a compilation of faucets that are active.
Even if you use a site like bitcoinrotator or landofbitcoin (another similar site) you will still earn very little, so little that it will really not make any sense for you to use the faucet.
You would make a much better use of your time somehow adding to your bitcoin related skills instead of trying to get something for free
