The only official site is created by the main developer or satoshi nakamoto 
But, some people don't care about official bitcoin site

But i think people need good webiste about bitcoin (bitcoin.org / bitcoin.com / bitcointalk.org) where there are lot people together 


So, they claimed to be official site & sell the domain for some fiat
