Not a wise thing to do.
What isn't and why not?

Not a wise thing to copy the source code. Why Not ? Because, if you build something, and make money out of it, and some other guys comes in and copies that and starts making his own, and starts making money of it. Would it be right?

You obviously aren't a developer. There are a lot of upsides to making code open source.

The owner of MoneyPot can now use the changes ToTheMoon.is made to the code. For example ToTheMoon.is rewrote the withdrawal/deposit system to use bitcoind instead of a 3rd party, Coinbase. This wouldn't have happened if it was closed source.

MoneyPot always has the advantage of being the first and copyright holder.

So if someone used the same code as moneypot, therefore this site already is cheating us. They did this without asking permission? What did espringe said about this?
It is not cheating. Someone can legally use the source code provided by espringe, as long as they comply with the terms of the license.

True and true.
But unfortunately, ToTheMoon is still struggling to comply with the license and as a result received a negative trust from doog.
It looks like a lose-lose situation to both MoneyPot and ToTheMoon.
