Give me a breake, please. Stop call a legit question for trolling. I have a lot of coins and i have a problem with my wallet (at least I think it is a problem), therfore i ask a question. What is wrong with that?

It seems a OS/QT malfunction. I have faced this once. Just backup ur wallet.dat, delete all from appdata% folder re-install QT and wait for downloading new blocks.
Check firewall/anti-virus setting. Restart-QT  and I am sure your problem will solve.
