Torihiki LTD bought mintpal, a company that has been setup 2 months ago, they contracted moolah to do the migration.
But he just run with all the funds after the fuckup, and now Torihiki LTD is saying that they ended all association with MintPal (wich they can't because they own mintpal).

Many complaints at the police / FBI whatsoever runs against moolah/ryan whatever his name is.
In my eyes Torihiki LTD is the one responsible as they contracted him. (i even think it is owned by moolah/ryan aswell)

It's another warning why people should not have all there funds at an exchange.
You can still try and withdraw the funds, but not many people have been succesfull
