Jesus man..just calm down.  . To make you feel better many of us are holding when we bought it 140K..even if it had reached 200k I wasn't going to sell it. This coin is innovative and it will strive once all this pump & dump crap is done..that's all that really matters in long term. Turn off your computer...come back after a week or month if chart is making you nervous.  

Crypto day traders and whales still have mentality of p&d...so it'll happen no matter how hard you try to control it. Once they all leave CANN and move on to other coins..CANN will move up in no time.
