I do agree with the point that being part of the blocknet will give quark maybe some exposure and expand it's community? Since quark as of right now has no active dev team, it's just max and he only maintains the code nothing more.
As I remember, Max said he might implement new ideas to the wallet if somebody has good ideas and good piece of code.
