Yes , but none of his actions have indicated this. As they say, actions speak louder than words ... I have belief in Delta9 , he has put alot of his own money on this project and he has the entreprenurial spirit that so many other coins lack not to mention the backing.
His actions have indicated he kept 20+ million coins to himself when he said they were paid out to miners on the transfer of scrypt to x11 and him or his team had no possession.
He sure is speaking louder then words here....
12.5 Million were in unclaimed 500k blocks. This shows his credibility as to allowing all the previous miners of the coin in scrypt to claim their coins.
If this coin was a scam all the unclaimed blocks would have been dumped and we wouldn't hear any more updates from the Dev... As of now we have a potential allegiance with a dispensary in Colorado which could be huge for Cannabiscoin.
