Is there any, even very very small possibility, that some two people generate the same address and private key using BETA? Is there some checking to not generate the same address?

Yes I know. In NXT you need to announce your public key in the blockchain to be safe. As I understand, real address is only generated in BETA, but public key of it is not announced in the blockchain, as this real blockchain do not exist now and nobody knows, that some address is generated. What why I'm asking
Or I'm missing something?
