So you actually think there was a plan to release the miners? 
yeah best strategy now would be for Alpha to use them miners for cloud mining and then rip-offs 2.0 begins
That seems a bad strategy.
If they start a cloud mining company or rent some company to run their miners, they need to spend a lot of money that wise to setup the facility.
But if they just deliver the miners ordered by people, then they will get multifold profit than from cloud mining themselves or sell them.
