You'd think SRJC would have taught you better.... O well.
I've been seeking advice and apparently it isn't slander, it's libel.
To prove libel in the state of California you need three things:
1) it has to be false (almost everything BB says is false, so that's easy)
2) it must cause harm (he's attempting to damage my reputation, but everyone knows he's just a troll, so that's hard to prove)
3) it must not be the result of adequate research (he just makes up random shit, so that's easy too)
So the only sticking point is the 2nd point. If only he had an ounce of credibility I could shut him up.
Funny how that works, isn't it?
What's really surprising is how easy he was to find. For someone with such a big mouth you would think he would cover his tracks a bit more carefully.
