It says processing on mine as well, that is fine mine has remained in that status for 4 weeks and I get paid every week. If you need to contact chris his contact page can be accessed by clicking on the "account" tab and then selecting "contact".
Processing is ok
Beside the contact page you could email him directly to chris at ltcgear dot com.
But he will ignore most of unimportant mails
, so only contact him if you really need him for some important tasks. Otherwise if you do have some questions just post here, people will answer.
