38BTC is the amount disappeared down the rat hole( actually 38 + 17 *in "profits" )  ~ so i said i think the 38 is the only reasonable base amount to expect back under these circumstances... my dude agreed to split it 50/50 ~ so i'm looking at 19BTC i dunno ... hope the scammers are reading this!!!    easyyyyy
