yes, it is. that is the problem. i need atleast 2 BTC to start a real site and i don't have that much. So, sorry you have to adjust with this one for a lil while.

Maybe wordpress.org account + cheap shared hosting + domain name + headway 4.0 + this. You don't need to have a much to maintain a good website.
