Yes just spent the last hour speaking to support added they said they have no record of my 5 aces. Also they said it wasn't there e problem and it was mine. They offered to reimburse my bet? 5 aces for my be back? Typical casino you get lucky they don't pay you lose to a fault in the system they turn a blind eye. Another scam of a site stay away! 
Like I already said, it's a simple game malfunction. I can recreate any time I want. Anyone playing in their casino should be more concerned with the blatant cheating that I uncovered while doing my exploit testing on their site.
