How many XST coins u must have to be a whale? 
1 million XST coins is whale to me.
try to buy 1 million xst without price going up to 10k-15k is impossible. so around 80 BTC is whale in altcoins.
I think it is possible to buy 1 ml XST coins under 10k satoshi but it will take several days
