Why not include Jr Members and Newbies too? 
Newbie & Jr.member signature space is not attractive bro as high rank member !
So you must wait another month to join the campaign.
But I think that upcoming PD's signature campaign only allow Sr.Member up to join in,
in other word you and I must wait another 6 months ++
