Two cause.
1. When the ITO shuld be cloes,it did not close.
2. The dev team did't appear when the market have opened for too long.
Now,it is too late.
Now,1~3 weeks is too long.
Now,let's see after 3 weeks.
The dev team is good,but they don't know the Crypto market.
I agree. They made a lot of mistakes. And, the crypto community is very impatient and unforgiving.
