Just you are in any doubt about the legality of ARCH in light of the SEC enforcements that are coming: ARCH was pitched clearly as a high yield investment program with shares, equity and voting-rights for certain classes of "investors" - it is absolutely breaking SEC securities regulations. They are coming for you Edgar. And if you think jurisdiction matters to the SEC, why are they co-ordinating with "international partners"? How did that work out for Liberty Reserve who were arrested in Spain? You probably broke a bunch of laws in Portugal too.
