Yeah, I am getting the run around on compensation also, got told my wire directions were rejected/incomplete even though I had my bank fill out the questioner. September batch didn't go online until October 1, no web interface for hosted unit (need to email support for pool change). spotty CS (they may or may not reply depending on the day), all in all not a happy customer.
