yes but it is not very many coins just keep buying the price will equal out i am sure it must be a miner,It is not worth the time if they are selling cheaper it is their loss your gain later.And from the looks of it it is still staying in the 18 to 1900"s.Those trying to buy at 1200's i am sure that they will never gain any coins at that price unless someone wants to lose money so eventually they will start buying at the going market if they want this coin
