I actually hadn't considered that. Do you have an Idea on how I could fix that problem? I guess to do that I would have to do something like cryptsy does, and that seems like way more trouble than its worth.

You can't fix the problem. I can start a group of investors, deposit my money, withdraw my interest, give it to my groupmate who uses it to reinvest in your scheme. It doesn't matter where the money is coming from - you are allowing new investments so you are paying 125% per year.
Go ask the bank you work for if its OK that you are running an unlicensed investment scheme and calling yourself a bank. See what they say.

Alright I get your point. Its not that great of an Idea I suppose, not so much because of the "I work at bank" thing but mainly because I just realized there really isn't anything I couldn't do to stop you from doing that.
I don't know for sure if the bank would be mad about this? They might take issue with it but considering its not a real bank and bitcoin is not a real currency it might be ok. I should probably check at work about that tomorrow.
