You must post 13 more times to get 14 full points displayed on ur profile unless you have more post than activity (at least 14).
So in simple terms, just one post a day
If your post count >> activity, just making a post every 14 days will give you 14 activity.
Otherwise, yup, go make 14 posts in each period to max out your activity.
