No XST-Block market on Bittrex 
XST-Block market is on coingateway. You don't need an account to do the transfer. Just plug in your coin with amount and it's like magic.
Tried to buy some shares and get a message "Amount needs to be lower than -12460.01045848 BLOCKNETSHARES"
It seems that each separate coin has a separate pool of BLOCK available. The BLOCK-XST pool is probably consumed already.
