I'm with Joakim,
He seems very responsive to questions and is moving forward at a rapid rate, he has already sent a formal letter to KNC and preparing a case as we speak.
I contacted Magnus and got back a copy and paste response and he never answered my follow up questions.

I left a message and got a phone call back from Magnus Daar within the hour
He was actually better than I expected - wasnt trying to rush the call and answered a lot of my questions that I wasnt expecting answers before appointment.
As in the UK they also have an "unfair contract terms act" He confirmed that as time is of the essence with mining their delivery terms wouldnt stand.
Unfortunately my box was signed for by someone else so I have to pay to send it back grrr!
Is Joakim looking for the same retainer?
