As I know ,this coin is lauched by a Chinese Team,isn't it?
It is launched by a Chinese Team, I guess they don't want to take risks by distributing their coins to us. After all, not all of them succeed in such promotion.
We see this move can dev is doing something with the btc earned, they can develop this coin is or is trying to push it down to the lowest level of this coin to obtain the shares they have ejected for miners
ps: I think they sell some really ico btc they have sold 51 so they were no longer interested in the community
