Hard to believe the operators would be so stupid to think they could get away with this without false IDs, VPNs and whoisguards, so Im assuming identity theft. But since Ive not heard any denial from Julia, the alleged mother, I went ahead and also filed a complaint with the New Jersey buro of securities (http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/bos/compform.htm).
