This does not mean this coin is bad or it is gonna die soon, but when you start one thing and another and another, without finishing even first, big chances are none of started jobs ends well.

At least leasson learned so we don't mine his 3rd coin, as from previous expiriance, when dev created PPCD he had already dumped DOGEBC premine and abandoned it, so when he launches his 3rd coin he will also abandon this, the only difference is that there is no exchange so he can dump this
