Here is a screenshot of my current Withdrawals/Deposits.
The BTC was automatically refunded by our IDP system to the funding address that it came from. You can clearly see this from the transactions I've posted. If you did not receive the BTC there was an error external to our process.
You've stated you're address is: 1M39vGwEXhM7AoRToxoP5Luq9PT51cfpMY. Funds were not sent to us from this address. According to the blockchain it's not had any use recently at all:

The only reference we can find about a transaction made to us is found in the address: 1HDtWdzhN1G6d9gKeY2XyhnrJNYPGipSba.
I have not received a refund. I am requesting my refund be sent to the provided address. I am not looking to scam anyone here but the fact is you claim to have sent me a refund, I have not received a refund. Where do we go from here?
