Why not directly? Why firs a request asking for 20 different Bank things.
If any bank "is having difficulty" with a normal wire transfer I would asap close this bank account!
We have trouble with international wires all the time, and we use Bank of America Commercial account. Pretty typical, if you need the money back ASAP I would take the BTC. SPTech is certainly not KnC who will hold your refund for 6+ months.
No kiddin', I am waiting on a refund from you for longer than 3 months now, numerous requests, pm's, totally ignored service tickets, still waiting on the shipping cost return, where you are again working on for 5 weeks now, the extra X3 psu was refunded, but $30 short. Come on.
