I read that but it was not addressed by either reply so i am asking for confirmation.

Your archcoin will be converted like this 1:1 (one arch :one share) , for 8K Arch you will have 8 K shares .

but don't you have to be CEO to qualify for the conversion? 32K minimum?

If ceo's will be holding for example 12 millions coins (total coins is 16 millions) = remains 4 million coins owned by "small" shareholders , what to do with these 8K Hq Archcoin holders ?

Btca told us that after one year ALL Archcoins will be converted in XArch Shares

So means 16M Arch >> 16 Million Xshares.

But not sure 100% if you need at least 32K to qualify for a conversion.

For now Archcoin is a crypto-currency , no shares have been created .
